FEELING WORTHWHILE IS THE KEY TO LOVING OTHERS

Do you view yourself as worthwhile?
Feeling worthwhile is often the crucial difference
between success and failure.
It’s often the difference between relationships
that connect well and those that don’t.
Feeling lovable,
feeling like you have worth,
caring enough about yourself
to take good care of yourself,
emotionally and physically,
is the key ingredient
in developing a strong, loving
relationship with another person.
To feel worthwhile
is to believe you have
positive qualities and strengths
that others need and want.
To feel worthwhile
is to believe you have
something positive to give others.
Love is energy
and loving yourself is your
basic energy source.
The stronger this source,
the more love-energy you have
to share with others.
The deeper your love for self,
the deeper your love for others.
Take the time to identify any barriers
that keep you from feeling worthwhile.
Attack and eliminate
each barrier, one at a time.
The more barriers you eliminate
the more worthwhile you will feel.
The more worthwhile you feel,
the better your relationships with others.
