Do you ever have one of those days
when you feel weak and murky?
Your legs drag. Your mind fogs.
Your energy level is on empty.
Your ability to function registers zero.
Your only goal for the day is to stay in bed.
Days like this happen.
And when they do,
give yourself permission to
stop the world and get off.
Give yourself time to regroup,
recharge your batteries,
and nurture your soul.
Step outside, get some fresh air,
think, ponder, meditate,
and remind yourself that life isn’t
about reaching the mountain top.
Happiness and personal growth
occur while you’re climbing.
Each step is an accomplishment.
Take time to enjoy the scenery
and give yourself credit for how
far you’ve climbed so far in life.
Regroup, recharge,
and keep climbing.
