1. Always be who you really are. Be your authentic self. Never try to be someone you are not or what you think others want you to be.
  2. Be optimistic. Strive to always be positive and upbeat in life. Look for good in every struggle. Learn from every trial.
  3. Be kind. Do for others what you would want them to do for you. Show compassion. Do the little things that show you care.
  4. Dream. Always envision what could be. Never stop thinking about all the things you want to experience in life. Constantly dream about what you want to achieve.
  5. Be good to yourself. Love and accept who you are. Treat yourself to the little things that make you feel special. Give yourself permission to be happy. Enjoy regular recreational fun and exercise.
  6. Be thankful. Consider all your blessings and be grateful for each one. Express gratitude to others for all the ways they have contributed to your life.
  7. Be content. No matter what you have in life, be content to make do. Hope for things to get better but work with what you have and make the most of it. Develop an attitude of contentment.
  8. Love life. You only get once chance at it so enjoy it. Get up each morning determined to have a good day. Be thankful that you’re alive. Look forward to all the ways you’re going to enjoy the day.
  9. Be productive. Strive to accomplish something worthwhile each day. Be creative. Be fruitful. Work at something that will help you feel a sense of accomplishment.
  10. Meditate. Take time to sit and reflect about your purpose in life. Ponder what you can contribute to the world around you. Pray fo wisdom, well-being, and spiritual growth.
