I have recently written a children’s book about
the unusual 26 children in Miss Prim’s
third grade class. There’s a child for
each letter of the alphabet.
Today I’d like you to meet Pixie Piggle.
I hope she makes you smile.
Remember, laughter is good medicine.
PIXIE PIGGLE giggled when she should not.
The more she tried not to the worse it got.
When the mayor came to schools one day
to give a talk on safety while at play,
Pixie Piggle giggled at what he had to say.
The mayor was bothered when Pixie giggled.
His nose twitched and his ears wiggled.
He simply could not her giggles ignore.
So Miss Prim marched Pixie out the door
to be disciplined by Principal Bore,
which madePixie Piggle giggle all the more.

This is adorable, you must be illustrating the book also. What an undertaking, I am so looking forward to it! Let us know how it goes! It would be so great for all the little ones in the family. I know they will love it. My best to both of you. Hope Muriel is doing well. Carol

Thanks, Carol. I’m trying to decide whether I have the nerve to try illustrating it myself. When are you coming to FL to visit us?
