DON’T WORRY, BE CONCERNED — BE HAPPY

WORRY IS A PROBLEM.
It produces mental agitation
and often emotional despair.
Erma Bombeck described it perfectly:
Worry is like a rocking chair—
it gives you something to do
but it never gets you anywhere.
Worry wastes your time and energy.
It doesn’t change a thing.
Say that again.
WORRY DOESN’T CHANGE A THING.
All it does is rob you of your joy
and peace of mind.
INSTEAD OF WORRY, TRY BEING CONCERNED.
There’s a fine line between the two
but healthy concern tends to be constructive.
It leads you take steps
to resolve an issue, to take action.
YOU FOCUS ON THINGS
YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT.
Say that again.
HEALTHY CONCERN IS FOCUSING ON THINGS
YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT.
Big difference.
So, don’t worry, be concerned — and be happy!
