WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU? WINNING OR EFFORT?

Some say that winning is everything.
But is it/
Whereas it’s true that winning feels good,
it’s not everything.
Some say wanting to win is everything.
But is it?
Whereas wanting to win is important,
it’s not everything.
You see, when it comes to winning,
effort is everything.
Your effort is what’s important.
Trying and refusing to give up
is what counts.
Effort is more important than winning.
It tells you more about your character.
Even when you don’t win,
if you know you have tried your best,
if you have given your best effort,
you can feel satisfied
and proud of what you have done.
You can’t always win,
but you can always give your best effort.
That’s victory in itself.
That’s a reason to celebrate.
Celebrate your effort.

  1. Good Morning, Dr. JoyFinder………..Thank You, again and again, for helping all of us to continue our efforts to “find joy” in our daily lives.
I will try to always put my “best foot” forward 😋, too.

Our very best wishes to you and Mrs JoyFinder, our dearest friends…
    Take Care,
    B & J
