If in life you are blessed
with one true friend,
a friend who is willing
to stand by you
to the very end,
then you have been given
a gift worth more than gold,
a precious friendship
that will never grow old.
If that one true friend
will accept you as you are,
believe in you and care,
willing to give support
and always be there,
then you have been given
a priceless gift indeed.
That one true friend
is the only one you need.
Nothing like a “true” friend–the one person with whom you can be completely honest without fear of being judged. It does make life a lot easier when it gets hard. And by the way, Dr. Joy Finder, happy birthday!

I find this so accurate. There is always that ‘one’ that is dependable in accepting you, but being honest with you, and who you think of first to share life’s quirks, sorrows, joys, and everything, with.
