Imagine that you got up this morning
and a stranger knocked on your door.
You opened the door
and the stranger handed you
a large gift box and said,
”I’m giving you “TODAY” as a gift.
You have 24 hours to enjoy it.
It will then disappear
and become YESTERDAY.
Do not let it go unopened.”
You take the gift and ask,
”Will you bring another gift TOMORROW?”
The stranger says,
”TODAY is your gift.
TODAY is the only day you can get TODAY.
The PRESENT is your gift.
I cannot promise that I will be here TOMORROW.
Make sure you open TODAY
and enjoy the entire PRESENT
before it becomes YESTERDAY.”
The stranger leaves.
You open the box.
