  2. Love and take good care of yourself.
  3. Decide what you will and what you will not tolerate.
  4. Speak your mind and express what you think and feel.
  5. Choose how to use your time and energy.
  6. Say “no” and not feel guilty.
  7. Give yourself permission to do the things you love.
  8. Stop doing for others what they can do for themselves.
  9. Stop rescuing people from their own destructive behaviors.
  10. Cut people out of your life who do not respect your boundaries.
